Testimonials:

Dear Alta,

Thank you for your email.
Yes I have received the book and CD. The CD, "What Is My Dog Saying, was/is very valuable, very clear and very to the point. It taught me a lot.
Thank you for your concern about it getting here to Australia, it did arrive very quickly after you sent it and the parcel was in very good order.

I wish you and George a Wonderful Christmas and a very Happy, Healthy and Successful 2010.

With warm regards,
Anneke

"Ever wonder what your dog is really thinking when you pat him on the head? This PowerPoint presentation is like a web lesson about dog language. At present, there are a couple of books out there on the same subject, but those books rely on still photographs as illustrations. This PowerPoint uses live-action video clips embedded right where you need them, which is a powerful tool—and also shows the speed at which these things can change. It will teach you to be a better observer of your dog and improve your understanding of your dog. I picked up a couple of things myself that I had never noticed before. Highly recommended". I used your video "What is my Dog Saying?" tonight at a talk I gave at the local library on dog body language! It was a big hit. I felt very prepared and able to explain everything because your video provided the back up. Thank you again for a great product! Robi Kublin CPDT Willowwick, Oh CLICK-Canine Learning I Coach K-9's

I just got a chance to watch the CD and I think it is great! I can tell that you put a lot of time and effort into the presentation, and the video clips are golden. I work for a group of referral veterinary hospitals in New England providing behavior consultations for dogs and cats. I did my post-doctoral work with Drs. Nick Dodman and Alice Moon-Fanelli at the Tufts Animal Behavior Clinic in MA and am now setting up shop on my own. I am preparing a lecture for veterinary technicians on canine and feline behavior and proper handling/restraint. I am sure that your slides will come in useful for them to drive the point home and increase their understanding and awareness when working with painful, aggressive, or anxious dogs at the hospital. Thank you so much for making this! Best Regards, Dr. Kati Wrubel, Animal Behavior Services InTown Veterinary Group

I have used the CD twice now and it is great! The kids respond so well and all learn! The imbedded videos are great! Thanks for making and sharing such a wonderful teaching tool! Mary Carney Humane Education Coordinator

Owner of Diamonds in the Ruff ~ Training for Dogs & Their People
Spokane, Washington
www.diamondsintheruff.com

Carol started teaching classes in 1978 through a local obedience club. She started attending behavior seminars and Terry Ryan's training camps in the early 80's and discovered clicker training when Terry hosted Karen Pryor. She & her husband Dana opened Diamonds in the Ruff in 1996 with the goal of providing positive, dog and people friendly training for Spokane's pet owners. Their goal is to teach not just the mechanics of training, but provide instruction that helps their students develop an
understanding of how dogs learn and view the world.

"What is My Dog Saying?" started out as a lecture for our students so they could learn to better understand their dogs and for shelter staff and volunteer training. Then requests started coming in from other trainers, daycares and shelters asking to use it for presentations for their students and staff.

We are happy to share this tool to help other trainers do what they do best!
